Our Sunday school year ended with the regular prize-giving session on June 9th. It will resume with our kick-off breakfast on August 18th at 9am, and then occurs every Sunday from 9:30-10:30am.
The San Francisco Peninsula Christadelphians are planning on having several “family date” nights from 6-8pm on August 23, September 20, October 18, November 15 & December 13. We’ll serve dinner and then children will participate in VBS-like activities while adults attend a Bible Study. Alternately, parents can drop-off their children and have their own “date night.”
Our 2013 VBS, “Athens: Paul’s Dangerous Journey to Share the Truth”, has successfully completed, and was a huge success. Every year seems to go better than the previous one, which is good, since the number of kids attending also keeps growing. Many thanks to everyone involved in organizing and running the VBS this year.
We’re now taking registrations for our 2013 VBS – Athens: Paul’s Dangerous Journey to Share the Truth. To register or learn more, go to http://www.rwcvacationbibleschool.com
Our regular Sunday School was kicked off August 19th with a pancake breakfast, and regular classes start next Sunday, September 9th. We have classes for all age groups (including adults), and no restrictions on enrollment, although we extend a special welcome to anyone who came to our VBS this summer.
Our 2012 VBS – “Journey With Jesus” – was a great success. Thanks to everyone who came, everyone who helped out, and especially, our heavenly father for blessing the entire week.
